Capital of Texas Counseling Association (CTCA) is here to serve you! CTCA is one of (5) chapters in our region (Region V) of the Texas Counseling Association. The association is organized and governed in accordance with the bylaws of the Texas Counseling Association. Capital of Texas Counseling Association (CTCA) encompasses Travis, Hays, Burnet, and Williamson counties. The purpose of the association is to serve as a personal and professional growth avenue for its members. The association also strives to improve the quality of counseling services in this area, promote communication among members of the association, and to elevate the standards of the counseling profession.
